The device is mainly used for heating new sand in the production of coated sand by thermal method. The main fuel is coal, coke or gas, fuel oil. When working, the drying drum is heated in the furnace body, and the new sand enters the drum through the chute. Under the action of the drum, it is continuously pushed, stirred, and evenly heated. 

After reaching the process temperature, the drum reverses，and the material is quickly discharged under the action of the guide plate.
